Contentment / Förnöjsamhet

John V. Dinther:  Discontentment is an incredibly destructive force. It can break down your faith, your testimony and your relationships with others. Biblical contentment is not about feeling good all of the time. In fact, it is not a feeling at all, rather, it is an attitude of the heart ‐ a mindset, an outlook on life. This is a foundational teaching for all believers  especially leaders !!

John v.Dinther: The most destructive word in the universe is " I CAN'T ", especially with reference to the problems of life. It destroys motivation, removes responsibility and denies reality. The goal of this sermon is to convince you that you can do everything God intends for you to do. No matter how hard, no matter how difficult, no matter how impossible things may seem right now, You CAN !!

John v. Dinther: Satan’s plan as always is to get us to focus on “getting”, rather than “giving” but God loves a cheerful giver who gives out of love and gratitude to Him with the right motive. "Motive of giving" then is the key, for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also  (Matt.6:21). This is a well balanced teaching on giving.
